Learning sound healing with frequencies and tones offers profound benefits for both personal growth and the ability to help others. Some individuals will pick up a sound instrument, and they will begin playing without an understanding of the frequencies and tones that are being used. The sound instruments require a base understanding of music theory and tones. What sounds good together? What type of healing can be done with different frequencies?
